what we collect

Via the contact form: name, email address, optional company name, and the contents of your message. Via cookies: only strictly necessary cookies at launch. With your consent, we may also collect anonymous analytics data in the future.

purpose

We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to maintain ongoing communication you have initiated, and — where consent is given — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for non-essential cookies and the contact form submission, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

retention

Contact form submissions are deleted after 24 months, unless an ongoing business relationship requires us to keep them longer. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
